Experience
From early on in my career I specialised in skincare and electrolysis and then
managed an aesthetic clinic in the Midlands, offering as well as electrolysis,
advanced skin treatments such as Intense Pulsed light hair removal, treatments
for sun damage, thread veins, rosacea, acne and many more. I
lectured for 3 years at the prestigious London College of Fashion where I taught
electrolysis and the theory of Laser/Intense Pulsed light hair removal. I
am an active member of the British Institute and Association of Electrolysis
speaking and demonstrating regularly at their events. Am also involved in coaching
and training new members prior to their sitting the Institute’s entrance exam. I
am involved in presenting Masterclass courses for other Intense Pulsed Light
Users. The courses help them gain a better understanding of their clients problems
and identifies areas that can and cannot be treated by using the correct settings.

Qualifications and Accreditations
I have been in the beauty industry since 1995 having trained at Warwickshire College of Further Education in Leamington Spa.
In 2000 I gained a Diploma in Remedial Electrolysis through the British Institute and Association of Electrolysis and trained in advance electrolysis techniques, such as thread vein, milia and skin tag removal.
In 2003 I was one of the first electrologists to attend and gain a BTEC Award in Laser and Intense Pulsed light hair removal. Currently, this is the highest standard of qualification an electrologist can achieve.
In 2006, I gained a BTEC Award in Laser Aesthetics and am involved in regular seminars and conferences to keep my skills updated.
